The classic Hardworking Student x Lazy Genius trope. Not everything is about studying, sometimes you gotta learn to enjoy the ride!
あーとかうーしか言えない
Listen, it has the "nsfw" tag because it has graphic drawings, but it's because the story happens inside the manga industry! The characters themselves don't do anything, and there is a (mostly) non-verbal girl! The focus is totally on the industry and the characters learning about it, almost didn't get into this category at all.

ぼっち怪物と盲目少女
One of my favorites! Solitary monster likes the company of a blind girl that comes around one day, telling stories as if she's a traveler just to keep the company around. But what even are monsters in this setting? Has she been born blind?
白と黒
Office Lady Yuri but if went terribly wrong, the only thing that matters here in the hierarchy is power. Lots of punching and technically even assault, but maybe everything went as it should in the end.

Another one of my favorites! College romance with a lot of alcohol to disguise it. The characters are good and charismatic, there are lots of sex scenes though.

Timid Airhead x Guy (not a guy), I don't remember much about it but it's a good silly story if you like that dynamic!
그녀의 암캐
Not the best well-written thing but it's wholesome and tried its best on the topic of bullying. Features a puppygirl (not furry, she only wears a collar and tries her best) so hopeless I think she deserved more self-esteem and not a collar. Kinda relatable.

The story is kind of a Tokusatsu featuring a heroic transformation sequence, only that the opening scene contains the classic "Oh no she's totally my type"! Very funny and their dynamic is entirely based on hero-villain tropes.

Sekai into a romancing game that has several candidates, but I chose the petty villainess! Incredible worldbuilding and not too much as to break the fact that it is a game, very good sekai... Very good overall! Highly recommended!

The continuation of the Kase-san Series, but this time the girls are adults! Still very silly and wholesome, but now with a more adult pesperctive, worrying about college and work and sharing an apartment!

The Ace of the track club meets shy plant nerd, classic opposites attract! Very cute and very wholesome I love them so much, the nerd has an imaginary plant on her head that expresses her emotions, which is very cute and I adopted.

This is still updating and damn these women can't catch a break. A lot of drama, a lot of angst but also very funny, lots of sex scenes but they tell you lots about the character's mental and emotional state. And also the style is very colored and smooth, damn...
Mage & Demon Queen
Top-notch comedy about the very nature of fantasy game logic with lots of trope play, full of jokes and very self-aware. Game magic logic and monsters vs humans lore, highly recommended webcomic.

Cozy and this time for the random theme is: Ex-Idol! Has some dialect and the characters are simple and wholesome.

Beautifully painted chinese comic with themes of found-family and growing up, less silly but sometimes wholesome either way! I hope you like peach trees.

This one is very silly but I'm here for that. Office lady romance but with annoying competitiveness and a woman so autistic she didn't even care about that up until 15 minutes ago. Also with animal versions of the women to express thoughts, it's kinda funny!

Vampire x Werewolf, what not to love! Comedic and silly urban fantasy, beautifully illustrated and... ok, it's not always silly.
Not So Shoujo Love Story
Peak trope-aware comedy. Has all shoujo romance tropes and it knows it very well, and also gay. It's so so silly and joyous and funny, if you're reading my list here (you're in a list of girl's love stories for damn's sake) you'll get a good laugh out of this one!
On A Leash
Military beastmen lesbians! This one is definitely not silly or wholesome, war is not silly and this comic does a good job on that. Something like enemies to lovers, but on the same side of the war against nazis, and both are The Badasses of their own profession! The art is very good and stylized, the worldbuilding is based on real life, very good all-round, one of my favorites! I even have one fanart about them if you can find my portfolio.

Self-explanatory. Pretty short story about a young love that didn't went through, then meeting again later and rediscovering feelings.
소라해나!
Silly jock gyaru x absolute nerd, teaching each other what they're best at! Both girls are kinda dumb but with a heart of gold, but there's also the side-stories which explore their fighty friends' relationship and have a more mature tone. The side-stories are all NSFW but the main plot is, although talking about real problems, the silliest thing ever.
気になってる人が男じゃなかった
The Green Yuri. The theme is japanese people that are nerds for western rock music, there's even a cd/disc shop of sorts! Still ongoing but very beautiful and is nice to see they getting each other's spark.
狼の皮をかぶった羊姫
Beastmen royalty story, the worldbuilding is very weak but it doesn't matter, they're cute and silly. Prey x predator trope play, one of the characters seems too childish but it's royalty they're all big babies anyways...

Vampire (lilitu) story, and no the vampire is not on highschool been 200 years or something. There is drama and curses and a play on mythology! The art style is smooth, the characters can be a little silly sometimes but the overall tone is mysterious and even has some action!

Japanese highschool drama with music bands! The story is drama but it is also a wholesome slice of life.

I don't know if this one belongs in this category, I'm hoping that it is a very slow burn. Instead you'll be infodumped with explanations and terms about fighting games like Street Fighter, the arcade competition kind. Not here for the romance, to be honest! But the girls really bond while training in secret.Boy's Love

Historical fiction, unsure about how accurate it is but it surely knows how to play drama very well. It features a gentle giant and royalty drama! The sex scenes don't hold much importance and they appear sparingly.

I'm sorry, this is basically porn with plot. Though not a dumb plot and a very beautiful art style. The vampire is such a nerd and I love all the characters, they are all silly on their own way.

Angst about highschool love and growing up, does not end in angst. Don't remember much about this one.
Long Exposure
Really good webcomic, bully x bullied but with superpowers and family drama! All the characters have some charisma and all the gang is lovely, in their own way.

Not a deep story, initially a oneshot. This author really does a lot of short stories featuring beastmen.

ウィズダムズのけものたち
A collection of short stories about magical beastmen in a magic school! They interact along the school system and there are different dynamics with couples of different species. Not all relationships here are romantic.Gender
ぜんぶきみの性
The gods intervene with mortals here and there trying to make humans happy, but no one told me that they did this by making their body's sex changable! Very nice story about loving the person regardless of appearance and also featuring a They/Them!
ボーイズ・ラン・ザ・ライオット
A young boy finding himself despite his body's appearance, expressing himself through clothing and finding friends that care for who he is and not what his body is categorized as.
クローディーヌ・・・!
Despite deadnaming him in the title, the story follows Claude and his hopeless heart falling in love with girls and society not being very accepting of a "girl" going out with a girl. I think this one is the oldest manga in here, directly to you from 1978! Tragic ending.
不可解なぼくのすべてを
Mogumo is a sweetheart trying to live their life in peace. Features a something like a "Crossdressing"-cafe but that over time accomodates Mogumo as they are. Happy ending and has a very good talk about conflicts between parents and their non-binary/transgender kid. Highly recommended, please go read.The original title means sometihng like "all of my incomprehensible self" which is in the sense of "loving me for/despite all my incoherences", lovely...

Despite the title, neither of the main characters here is a girl or a boy, it was meant like more of a contrast of "My Girlfriend is a Boy".
That said, this is a oneshot of two non-binary characters in japan, explaining their relationship with their gender and the usual reception of such information to the people around them. Explanatory of what it means to be non-binary to a japanese audience but people (mostly people who are unaware of non-binary people are real people) have complained it to be confusing.

Everyone is born genderless and "finds out" the gender they want to be throughout their childhood, by the age of 14 their body accomodates the idea and starts changing, except for Hinase who on still haven't changed despite being 18 years old.
Angst about choosing and talks about accepting someone regardless of their body and gender. Romantic triangle(?) and nice non-binary accomodation, expectatives broken by the end but still a satisfying ending (I just expected/wanted something else), recommend it a lot!
カノジョになりたい君と僕
Been a while since I've read it. It's a nice and thoughtfull story about childhood(?) friends dealing with the weirdness of gender and gender presenting through putting the self on the other's shoes. High-school drama and angst but wholesome ending, they're just gals hanging out, awesome.
放浪息子
Feminine boy meets tomboy girl, or at least it appears to be so at first glance.A 123 chapters long talk about gender, presentation, insecurities, growing up and longuing to express oneself. The demographic is labeled "Seinen", which is translated as "Adult Men", and it's very suited since it plays its themes in a more mature and thoughtful tone rather than brushing it off. Been a while since I've read it but highly recommend.
